GERALD EDWIN WINSOR
1932 – 2015
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edwin Walter “Gerald” Winsor announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Center in Grand Falls-Windsor on November 30, 2015 at the age of 83. Gerald was a member of the Word of Life Tabernacle in Robert’s Arm. He retired from fishing. Gerald was predeceased by 3 infant sons-Nelson, Keith & Cory and his daughter Juanita. Left with fond and loving memories is his sons Rodger (Colette) of Robert’s Arm, Colin (Florence) of Robert’s arm and his daughter Marilyn of Robert’s Arm. Also leaving to mourn are grandchildren-Paul (Katie), Stephen, Ryan, Jonathan & Meghan, Myles & Alexander; great grandchildren-Jaxson, Piper and Kai; brothers-Joe (Delphine), Harry (Ruth) and their families as well as stepsisters-Louise Lush and Margaret Crann. Pastor William Harnum will conduct the funeral service from the Word of Life Tabernacle in Robert’s Arm on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in the Pentecostal Cemetery in Robert’s Arm. Pallbearers are Colin Winsor (son), Rodger Winsor (son), Jonathan Winsor (grandson), Meghan Winsor (granddaughter), Myles Bosma (grandson) and Marilyn Winsor (daughter). Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
