Obituary for Marjorie Phyllis White

Marjorie Phyllis White
MARJORIE PHYLLIS WHITE
1933 - 2017

It is with great sadness that we, the family of Marjorie Phyllis White, announce her peaceful passing at the Carmelite House in Grand Falls-Windsor, aged 84 years.
Phyllis is predeceased by her parents Hedley and Maude White, her brothers Bill, Doug, Jack, Gerald, and Herb, as well as her sisters Marion and Jean.
Phyllis leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children Lorraine, Stephen, Blair (Heather), and Sharon (Craig), grandchildren Amanda, Angela, Donald, Troy, Ryan, and Robyn, and great-grandchildren Kaylee, Aliyah, Zakary, Dylan, and Adrian.
Apart from her family, her favorite things in life included knitting, baking, cooking, and gardening. Apart from these things, she was happiest when surrounded by friends and family.
In keeping with Phyllis’ wishes, cremation has taken place. Public visitation will take place at Central Funeral Homes Chapel on Thursday, October 19th, 2017 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Reverend Kim Waite will conduct the funeral service at Central Funeral Homes Chapel on Friday, October 20th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Golden Years Estate Recreation Fund for providing mom and her friends with many hours of entertainment, trips, and many different functions during her stay at the Home.
