Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Audrey Foster can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

1940 – 2020

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Audrey Myrtle Louise Foster announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Center in Grand Falls-Windsor on January 6, 2020 at the age of 79 years. Audrey was predeceased by her husband Clarence; her son Wallace; siblings Marion and James Jr. and her parents James Sr. & Laura Rideout. Left with fond and loving memories is her children Guy (Ruth), Sherry (Welbourne) Sheppard, Greg and Beverley. Also leaving to mourn are her grandchildren-April, Crystal, John, Chris, Allan, Matthew, Glenndyn and Grant; 11 great grandchildren and her siblings-Alberta, Georgina, Joyce (Alwin), Roland (Joyce), Dawson (Phyllis), Jerry (Dawn) and Ted (Beth) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, extended families and friends. Majors Brian & Betty Thomas, assisted by Major Gerald Lacey will conduct the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in King’s Point on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the Interfaith Cemetery in King’s Point. Flowers graciously accepted or in lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
