BUD LORNE SMITH
1963 – 2019

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bud Lorne Smith announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Center in Grand Falls-Windsor on December 25, 2019 at the age of 55. Bud was predeceased by his parents, Samuel & Millicent Smith and infant son, Cory Smith. Left with fond and loving memories is his wife Viola; son, Blake (Summer) of Triton and daughter Erica (Bobby) of Red Lake, Ontario. Also leaving to mourn are his grandson Corey Burton; brothers-Gerald (Audrey) Smith, Neil (Ruth) Smith, Wayne (Cavelle) Smith and Chad (Martine) Smith; sisters-Sharon (Guy) Roberts, Connie (Edward) Anderson and other family members. Majors George and Karen Crocker will conduct the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Robert’s Arm on Monday, December 25, 2019 at 3:00 pm. Interment will be at the Pentecostal Cemetery in Port Anson. Pallbearers are Rick Rowsell, Jeff Brown, Elvis Payne, Roy Ryan, Jim Osmond and Shawn Burton. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
