Words cannot convey the heartbreak & sorrow I feel at Aunt Carol's passing. She was not only an amazing aunt, but a friend & substitute mother on so many occasions. I have such incredible memories of her getting Jeannette & me ready for Halloween, taking me to see "Love Story" in Montreal, trying on platinum blonde wings at a crazy shop in Place Ville Marie & advising me on boys & relationships when I was in Ottawa with you all. Kip, Jeff & Lori all have fond memories of Aunt Carol as well. Se was an incredible loving person & the world will be a little darker without her.Know that you are all in my thoughts & I wish I could have been there with you, but that was just not possible at this time. I work at the convenience store on Finn where your mom/wife was a familiar face to me, she was such a beautiful person both inside and out, I was so shocked to hear of her passing, may you find comfort in the days ahead and be blessed with memories of her. When I think of your Mom, the thing I remember the most is her beautiful and contagious smile ~ it had the same effect as a pebble tossed in a pond.
