ERIC RAYMOND NEWBURY
1945 - 2020
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eric Raymond Newbury announce his passing at the A.M. Guy Memorial Health Centre in Buchans, NL on February 2, 2020 at the age of 74. Eric is predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Juanita Newbury, and his granddaughter, Amelia. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his spouse, Nellie Jones, son, Joseph (Michelle) of Elliot Lake, ON, and daughter, Erica (Kenneth) of Sudbury, ON. Also leaving to mourn are his brothers, Arch, Clem, and Lewis, grandchildren, Anita, Collin-James, Annabelle, and Ivy-Lynn, Nellie’s 13 brothers and sister, Nellie’s children, John, Shirley, Ruby, and Philip, and Nellie’s 6 grandchildren. As per the family’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Arrangements were entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes.
