It is with great sadness that the family of the late Francis Keats announce his passing at the South Shore Regional Hospital in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, on September 11, 2002. Mr. Keats was 90 years old. Francis Keats retired from Abitibi-Price Pulp & Paper in Grand Falls-Windsor. Predeceased by his wife Gladys Marie; brothers James and John. Left with fond and loving memories is daughter Linda (Dale Veinot) of New Germany, Nova Scotia. Also leaving to mourn brothers Cyril & Bert; sisters Dorothy & Ann; grandchildren Ann & Dawn; great grandchild Benjamin. Rev William Ford conducted the funeral service at the Memorial United Church on September 16, 2002. Interment was at the Interfaith Cemetery in Grand Falls-Windsor. Pallbearers were Harry Johnston, Paul Sweeney, Scott Keats, Gerry Baker, Rupert Baker, Michael Thomas. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Michael Goodyear of Central Funeral Homes.
