We rejoice in the life of a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. The family of the late Gerald Bouzanne announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Care Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on June 3, 2011. Gerald was an active member of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 11577. His deep love and pride for Little Bay, his lifelong home, was always apparent. Predeceased by parents Sarah & Thomas, son Tommy, infant daughter Cynthia, and sisters Gertrude and Celestine. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Dolores, daughters Geraldine (Greg) Pumphrey of Grand Falls-Windsor, Roxanne (Doug) Thomas of Springdale, and Madonna (daughter-in-law) of Springdale. Also leaving to mourn are grandchildren Gerry (Stacey), Heather, Nikita, Adrienne, and Meagan; and five great-grandchildren Rachel, Jessica, Brayden, Lucas, and Abigail. A funeral mass was conducted at Sacred Heart Church, St. Patrick’s on June 6th, 2011. Pallbearers were Tom Stagg, Harold Clarke, Gerry Oxford, Marden Simms, John Hodder, and Walter Pumphrey.
