Kathleen (Kit) Ann Healey
1944 - 2010
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kathleen Ann Healey announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on November 10, 2010 at the age of 66. Predeceased by parents Michael and Blanche Beresford, and brother Martin Beresford. Left with fond and loving memories are husband, Dennis Healey Sr.; son Dennis Healey Jr. (Renée Phair-Healey) of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s, NL. Also leaving to mourn are grandchildren Evan and Sophie Healey, brothers Desmond (Louise) Beresford and Joseph (Jacqueline) Beresford, sister Agnes White (Donald), and a large circle of friends. Father William Hearn conducted the funeral service at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on November 13, 2010. Interment was at the Interfaith Cemetery. Pallbearers were Desmond Beresford, Joseph Beresford, Mark Beresford, Peter Curran, Gerald Curran, and Terry Healey. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes.
