Condolence: Very sorry to get the news about Aunt Rachel. A wonderful woman for sure. Over the years she was always welcoming, kind and friendly, and interested in having us drop in for a visit while we were in Harry’s Harbour staying with Grandmother Moore. All the best to the family.

Condolence: My deepest sympathies to the family of Aunt Rachel. I was so sorry to hear of her passing. I have many great memories of Aunt Rachel over the years. She was always up for a visit and enjoyed a good ol' chat! She always had candy or chocolates to share and I never left the seniors home without a bag full of dish cloths that she had knit! I shared them with many of my friends and we also use them in the staff room at school. I will miss visiting Aunt Rachel when I go home to Newfoundland but her spirit will live on in my heart. She helped make the world a better place!!! Love you, Aunt Rachel!!

Condolence: Very sad to hear of Aunt Rachel's passing. I have many fond memories of great summer visits and always looked forward to seeing her, Uncle Harry and family. More recently we touched base at Valley Vista to catch up and have a good ole chat. I will miss her.

Condolence: To Una and family

So saddened and sorry to hear of your moms passing. Rachel was a beautiful lady who was more like family to us and a sister to mom during their lives together at Valley Vista. God sure did a good thing when he brought together Mom and Rachel. So many precious memories. Thinking of you as you gather with your family to celebrate Rachel’s life and praying Gods strength and grace be with you ❤️

Condolence: So sorry to hear of Rachel’s passing.
She was mom’s (Nellie Burton)Roommate for a long time and looked after you like a child.
Rachel was a beautiful soul so kind hearted and loved a hug.
When we came home from Alberta to visit mom I felt we had another mom in her as well.
You as her family were blessed as I know you know to have her as a mom and grandma and she loved you all so.
Cherish your memories and remember it’s not goodbye but see you soon on the other side
God Bless ❤️

Condolence: Steve, Una, Sandra, Linda, Maurice and Phil & families, I am so sorry for your loss. Aunt Rachel will be missed, I will always remember she always kept new magazines for me at the library and the last few times I saw her she always had her knitted dish clothes for me. My sweet Aunt Rachel...May she RIP.
